6:35pm – Jamie here to announce that it’s time for ACen! I’m heading out via O’Hare Blue Line, and it’s slow zones again from the Loop through Damen. In fact, shuttles will be running that stretch to Western starting tomorrow at 10pm through to Sunday. Be prepared if you have to make that commute.
9:45pm – All settled in at the Hyatt. Many of the rooms have seen some much needed improvements. Very swanky. The hotel is actually pretty crowded at this point with cosplayers and guests. Pretty tame, still.
1:09am – Back at the room for the evening after watching Star Trek at Muvico. I highly recommend it. Right now, there’s more people smoking outside the Hyatt than there are in the lobby. There’s a Rocko walking around. Ask him about his modern life. Time to call it a night!
