Malott Japanese Garden Festival 2009
One of the last Japanese summer festivals is this weekend, August 15th and 16th at the Chicago Botanic Garden’s Malott Garden (1000 Lake Cook Road in Glencoe), 10am to 3pm. As with previous cultural events, there will a tea ceremony and musical performances, but there will also be small workshops like haiku writing and calligraphy.
